WildFlowers Australia hosted the 11th Australian Wildflower Conference & Expo on 14-15 August 2026, Marcoola, Sunshine Coast, QLD. Held every 3 years, this event serves as the primary gathering for the industry, bringing together growers and industry stakeholders from around the country to learn, catch up with friends and network with new contacts. The 2026 Conference incorporated several associated events, offering something for anyone who has a passion for wildflowers.

Young Grower Scholarship
The Australian Wildflower Conference & Expo offered a limited number of scholarships to eligible young growers or horticultural students to enable them to travel to and attend the Conference. Applicants had to be under the age of 35, currently enrolled as a student in horticulture, agriculture or a related course at TAFE or university, and/or working on a flower farm. Preference was given to those applicants who have some on-farm or nursery experience.
