WildFlowers Australia hosts a range of events annually for the benefit of the wildflower industry. The Australian Wildflower Conference, most recently held in Echuca in August 2023, is held roughly every three years. This popular event brings together industry members and experts under the one roof to address the challenges and opportunities faced by our industry.
WildFlowers Australia hosts a number of farm visits and educational webinars targeted at growers. We also host two annual events for florists, Walking on the Wildside, a floral design workshop, and the National Student Floristry Competition.

WildFlowers Australia is the peak industry body for growers of Australian native and South African wildflowers. Working with growers, grower organisations and related businesses, we work to enhance the profitability and viability of the Australian grown wildflower industry through industry gatherings, education, information sharing and product promotion.
Floristry Competition
For our 2024 competition, floristry students will design and make two pieces, a hand tied bunch and a wearable item such as a corsage, buttonhole/boutonniere, or a hairpiece.
