Research direction
Broad guidelines of research to consider are:
1. Post harvest treatments
2. Sea freight protocols
3. Harvest projections and global industry status
4. Commercialisation of New products
5. Production techniques to promote product quality
Preference will be given to research projects which clearly demonstrate an increase in protea sales to Holland, either in value, quality or quantity. Projects which have global relevance and have combined input from many countries are encouraged.
